• Booking and enquiry details: dates, equipment requested, route, message text.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited.
• Cookie data, for non-essential cookies only with your prior consent.

Purposes and lawful bases

We process data to answer enquiries and perform the rental contract (contract), to secure the site and keep records (legitimate interest), to meet legal duties (legal obligation), and for marketing or non-essential cookies only with consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Retention and sharing

Enquiries: 24 months; contract records: 3 years; consent records: 12 months; logs: 6 months. Hosting, payment and CRM providers process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data; transfers outside Ukraine rely on documented safeguards.

Your rights

Write to contact@maranovis.com to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
