These Terms govern your use of maranovis.com.

2. Acceptance and permitted use
By using the site you accept these Terms. Use it lawfully only: no unauthorised access, bulk scraping, malware or misleading conduct.
3. Content and intellectual property
Texts, layout, graphics and marks belong to maranovis.com or its licensors; reproduction requires our written permission. Rental details, prices and availability are published before booking and kept truthful under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro reklamu» vid 03.07.1996 No. 270/96-VR.
4. Contact form
The form sends your details to us and then redirects to a confirmation page. Do not submit unlawful, infringing or third-party data without consent. An enquiry is not a rental contract.
5. Bookings, cancellation and refunds
Distance bookings follow Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv» vid 12.05.1991 No. 1023-XII and Zakon Ukrainy «Pro elektronnu komerciiu» vid 03.09.2015 No. 675-VIII. Cancellation conditions, refund rules and exceptions appear before you confirm.
6. Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for indirect loss and for interruptions beyond our control. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
7. Complaints
Send complaints to contact@maranovis.com. We aim to reply within 30 days. No mandatory alternative dispute resolution body is implied unless stated.
8. Personal data and cookies
We control data sent through the site. Processing, retention, transfers and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh» vid 25.04.2024 No. 3628-IX and Zakon Ukrainy «Pro elektronni komunikatsii» vid 16.12.2021 No. 1882-IX.
9. Applicable law and language
Ukrainian law governs these Terms. Ukrainian-language notices prevail; this English text is a courtesy translation under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zabezpechennia funktsionuvannia ukrainskoi movy yak derzhavnoi» vid 25.04.2019 No. 2704-VIII.
