Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Provider

2. Eligibility and booking

Drivers must be 21+, hold a full licence for the class for 2+ years and show passport and licence at collection. A booking is confirmed only in writing by us; availability, prices and route information are accurate and substantiated (Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР).

3. Price, deposit, insurance

Total price, fees and any refundable deposit or card authorisation hold are disclosed before confirmation. Insurance cover and the damage excess are stated there; the excess may be blocked on your card. Prices are in UAH.

4. Mileage, fuel, equipment, use

Mileage limits and fuel level are recorded at collection and must be matched on return. Optional equipment depends on availability and a separate fee. Only named drivers may drive within Ukraine, without racing, towing, subletting or driving under the influence; fines are the renter's.

5. Cancellation, refunds, out-of-hours

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before collection; later cancellation or no-show may incur the fees shown at booking. Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 days. Out-of-hours collection costs a disclosed fee, agreed in writing (Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII; Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII).

Data processing follows our Privacy Policy (Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 25.04.2024 № 3628-IX); non-essential cookies need prior consent (Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» від 16.12.2021 № 1882-IX).
